Telehealth Consultations?

Can I organise Telehealth Consultations?

Mr Bhandari provides an effective and convenient service to patients by offering Telehealth consultation appointments.

These appointments are available for patients who live or work in Regional areas and are looking to discuss medical conditions without the need to fly into Perth.

Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) may also be possible dependant on your circumstances.

What should I expect?

What should I expect during my first visit?

During your initial visit you will be asked questions regarding your medical condition and have appropriate examination.

Some patients with may require more detailed investigations. You will be explained any specific tests or procedure you require. These will be arranged, and the results will be discussed at a subsequent visit.

If you require surgery, the options will be explained to you. This will include the expected results and any associated risks or potential complications.

For many operations Mr Bhandari will provide specific information sheets. All your medical records are kept private and confidential at the practice.

Cancel/reschedule?

How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment or want to reschedule it. Ideally you should ring the practice during business hours, so we can organise an alternative time. Alternatively, please leave a message on the answering machine or fax or email us.

We make every effort to run on time. Rarely emergencies can occur, and we apologise if this does occur. Our secretaries will advise you and update you should this happen.
